SECA Fund Applications
The Special Events and Cultural Amenities (SECA) Fund provides an opportunity to grow Naperville's unique identity and sense of community through festivals and public events. In support of these activities, the City of Naperville has offered funds since 2005, derived from the city-wide 1% Food and Beverage Tax, for the purpose of aiding eligible organizations in providing new and continued cultural experiences. The City Council annually provides approximately $2.5 million to qualified applicants.

Social Services Grant
The Social Services Grant Program is a city initiative that began in 2006 as a complement to the CDBG program to provide greater flexibility in funding social service activities. The purpose of the fund is to provide necessary financial assistance to municipal and not-for-profit social service agencies that provide social service activities which benefit the community. The Naperville City Council annually allocates $250,000 from the City's General Fund for the Social Services Grant Program.
